Terms of Reference
To advise the Director of Marine on –
(a) the implications and implementation of the International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft adopted by the International Maritime Organization; and
(b) the safe operation as well as the seafarers' training and certification of high-speed passenger craft engaged in non-international voyages between Hong Kong and a port outside Hong Kong.
