No Excessive Dark Smoke Emission From Vessels
The leaflet "No Excessive Dark Smoke Emission From Vessels", outlines the measurement of dark smoke and penalties for local vessels and any vessels emitting dark smoke in the waters of Hong Kong. Suggestions of ways to prevent dark smoke emission from vessels are also recommended.
